Its back, it’s bigger, fatter but wiser…with experience…has tasted the blood of ‘massive success’…not to forget the ‘moolah…the BIG money’ and is raring to take on… lock horns with this vast country’s system, defy the government and start its show in the midst of the world’s biggest democracy’s general elections… the Mano-aur-Ranjan ka ‘BAAP’…..the ‘father of all’ …is coming back soon to take the country once again into a ‘frenzy’…now of cricket and politics, the NOW… not so ‘strange’… bedfellows but a volatile combination. A volcano being unnecessarily ‘needled’ knowing fully well that if bursts it shall ‘engulf’ the country in ‘blazing fires’ of ‘regionalism’, misdirected loyalties and shall further perforate the already ‘airless and sagging’ flag of national patriotism.
The people backing the show have become ‘dollar-eyed’ and ‘count crazy’….they can only see and feel money…care two hoots about anything else and are willing for a ‘mayhem’ if it may be so…but does not effect their kitty-money. In a time when on the ‘lone’ count of ‘security and threat perception’ the volatile cocktail of cricket and politics should not be mixed, as their combination increases the ‘opportunity and risk factor’ so very manifolds towards impeding terror tactics, the now becoming, ever so common, ‘Kalashnikov’s waiving-grenade n rocket launching- back-pack wearing ‘Terror’ dancers’ who are fast becoming the new TRP attractions of the forever ‘Breaking News’…for the multiple TV news channels, for whom being ‘one-up’ in the congested world of ‘News’s is a ‘hype’ which pumps them to keep trying the same…to remain ahead in this rat…oops!!! news-race…the conceivers and perceivers of the IPL have chosen to turn a ‘blind eye and a deaf ear’ to blaring and staring ‘a can-be-possible’ scenario which is being shown from ‘rooftops’ by the Government. In a country like India, people need to be reminded of their social and moral responsibility… and even if that fails to ignite the thoughts of rational reasoning, then the other option, which is always available with the government is to ‘put its foot down’ and literally take the ‘law’ in its own hand, which eventually will be so… BUT for now its ‘BREAKING NEWS’ !!!
